How to distribute and use digital tickets for multiple people


 With digital tickets, you can purchase multiple tickets to distribute to others, or use them for multiple people on a single device. Usage methods vary by app, so please check the details below for specific instructions.

How to use with e METRO


◆How to distribute and use tickets
First, purchase your ticket(s). Next, select the ticket you wish to share from “MY Ticket.” Then, tap the “Distribute” button on the ticket details screen. Please note that the recipient must complete membership registration before the ticket distribution.

◆How to use among multiple people on a single device
Follow the steps below
1) Purchase the required number of tickets for multiple users.
2) Select the ticket you want to use from “MY Ticket.”
3) The ticket details screen will display all the tickets you own, so check the number of tickets you want to use and click Start Using.
*Tickets must be used together for the entire itinerary. Tickets cannot be distributed after they have been activated.

  • Activated tickets cannot be distributed.
  • Tickets are refundable only if they are unused and within their validity period.

If you buy tickets for the required number of people at the same time, you can simply activate them and use them on a single device, without any special steps.

  • Refunds can only be processed if all tickets purchased in a single transaction are unused and still in the purchaser's account.



How to use with KANSAI MaaS


◆Ticket distribution
1) Distribute tickets
  • Please send the URL issued when distributing tickets to the recipient via email or other means. The purchaser can cancel the ticket distribution as long as the recipient has not yet completed the acceptance process.
    *Tickets cannot be distributed after they have been activated prior to distribution. Additionally, once a distributed ticket has been activated, its distribution cannot be canceled.

2) Receive a distributed ticket
  • The recipient of the distributed ticket must register for “KANSAI MaaS” membership.
  • The recipient of the distributed ticket must accept it within 24 hours. The URL expires after 24 hours, so the purchaser must reissue a new one if needed.
  • Only the purchaser can make changes or request a refund for the distributed ticket. To make any changes or request a refund, all distributed tickets must be returned to the purchaser.
