Using IC cards other than PiTaPa
Please load before use.
- To ride the subway, you must have a balance of at least 10 yen.
- (If your balance is insufficient when you get off, please reload your card at the fare adjustment machine before exiting through the ticket gates. Please note that it is not possible to reload only the shortfall.)
- When using the subway or bus, cards are to be used to pay the fare of the bearer only.
- Transfers between the three Umeda subway and bus stations (Umeda, Higashi-Umeda, and Nishi-Umeda) are automatically applied.
Card Use (Points to note)
- PiTaPa discounts such as My Style and Free Style usage charge discounts do not apply.
- Subway and bus automated reload functions cannot be added.
- A reload can only be cancelled on the same day at the station where the reload was performed, and only if it has not yet been used.
- Some functions, such as reloading, are not available with Mobile Suica.
