• At facilities and stores offering benefits, please present the “Benefit” verification screen of the Osaka Amazing Pass to the staff.

• No refunds will be given if any transportation services are suspended or if a facility temporarily closes after you activate the Osaka Amazing Pass. Additionally, no refunds will be given due to weather conditions or other circumstances.
