To Customers Buying Commuter Passes

 If you do not have a commuter pass sales counter at your nearest station, we will refund the fare from your boarding station to the nearest station with an Osaka Metro Commuter Pass Sales Counter, provided that you meet the following conditions.
Note: Excludes instances where the commuter pass is purchased at the Automated Commuter Pass Vending Machines (pink ticket machines) at each station.
(Conditions)
  • You purchase (including cancellation and change of zone) a commuter pass (subway, bus, combined bus/subway, Osaka Metro/City Bus All-line Pass, or combined subway/other private railway)
  • On the day of purchase you have paid a subway fare and travelled to a station with a Commuter Pass Sales Counter
  • Station staff at your boarding station gave you a Commuter Pass Purchase Certificate below (valid only on the day of issue)

We also issue subway tickets for the return journey. Please inform the station attendant at the Commuter Pass Sales Counter if you require one.
