(1) ICOCA Sales
Where to buy: Pink ticket machines located at all stations or commuter pass sales counters
Ticket types: Adult / Child
Note: Child ICOCA are sold only at commuter pass sales counters


(2) ICOCA Commuter Pass Sales
Where to buy: Pink ticket machines located at all stations or commuter pass sales counters
Ticket types: Standard Commuter Passes and Student Commuter Passes (Adult / Child)
(Passes are for 1 month, 3 months or 6 months)


Note 1: Student commuter pass (new) is available from a commuter pass sales counter and the pink ticket vending machines after reserving through the Commuter Pass/PiTaPa Web Reservation Service.
Note 2: If you do not have a Child ICOCA, it can only be purchased from a commuter pass sales counter
Note 3: We do not sell standard child commuter passes that are interoperable with private railways.


Note:
  • If you do not have an ICOCA, a separate (refundable) deposit of 500 yen is required.
  • Purchase or alteration may not be possible depending on the zone, route, and type of commuter pass.







Precautions
・ Only the customer himself / herself listed on the card ticket can use it.
・ Bus/subway interline commuter passes (all routes), Universal commuter pass and Universal commuter pass (Yumeshima version) can be used by anyone with a bearer. However, outside the commuter pass sector, only the person himself / herself can use it.
・Bus/subway interline commuter passes (all routes), Universal commuter pass and Universal commuter pass (Yumeshima version) exclude buses bound for IKEA Tsuruhama, other specific routes specified in Osaka City Bus regulations (Handling Regulations of Shared Bus Transportation Terms and Conditions, Appendix 2) and On-demand buses.

(3) ICOCA for Mobile ICOCA / Apple Pay
・ Like ICOCA, it can be used on Osaka Metro and Osaka City Bus with the ticket function installed in each app.
・For how to register for "Mobile ICOCA" and "Apple Pay ICOCA", please contact West Japan Railway Company (JR Japan West).
・For commuter passes for Osaka Metro lines, only commuter passes connecting with JR West Japan Line can be purchased.
・Commuter passes only on Osaka Metro lines and connecting commuter passes on other companies' lines other than the Osaka Metro Line and JR West Japan Line are not on sale.
