(Conditions)
- You purchase (including cancellation and change of zone) a commuter pass (subway, bus, combined bus/subway, Osaka Metro/City Bus All-line Pass, or combined subway/other private railway)
- On the day of purchase you have paid a subway fare and travelled to a station with a Commuter Pass Sales Counter
- Station staff at your boarding station gave you a Commuter Pass Purchase Certificate below (valid only on the day of issue)
We also issue subway tickets for the return journey. Please inform the station attendant at the Commuter Pass Sales Counter if you require one.
