Installation of communication boards
Communication boards have been installed in all Osaka Metro stations and Osaka City Bus vehicles to enable smooth communication with passengers who have difficulty communicating through conversation, etc.
- Description of communication boards
Communication boards are tools that can be used by station staff/bus drivers, passengers, and others who are hearing impaired or visiting from another country to smoothly communicate information or make replies by using the illustrations and words on the boards.
The 4 languages of Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified) are displayed.
