Note1: | Inquiries about lost and found items are not received at station gates, platforms, or onboard trains. |
Note2: | Umbrellas will be held at the Lost & Found Center for two weeks and then disposed of. |

Note3: | The Lost & Found Center holds items for about 4 days from the next day that the item has been handed in at a subway station, etc. The period that the item is held there may vary according to weather and traffic conditions. Note4: | Be sure to bring proof of your identity(official document proving name and address). We may refuse to return a lost and found item if you do not bring some proof of your identity. |
