Using delay certificates

• • For 5-minute or longer delays, a delay certificate will be posted, rounded up in 10-minute increments.
• • The delay certificate is proof of the maximum delay that occurs on route during the time periods of 'the 1st train until 7:00 a.m.', '7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.', '9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.', '10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.', and '5:00 p.m. until the last train arriving at the terminal station'. It is not proof of the delay time for individual trains.
  They also do not certify that the passenger boarded the train.
• • Notifications on the certificate of lateness will be updated whenever a train is delayed for 5 minutes or more. However, please note that the updates may take some time.
• • Delay certificates do not certify compensation for damages passenger incur due to the train delay.
• • Delay certificates may be posted within 35 days of the delay.
